Want to kill two hours with a two year old on a rainy afternoon!?

Make flower stew!

You'll need:

*toddler
*large saucepan
*mixing spoon or ladle
*pouring/measuring jug
*water
*flowers (lots of them)
*pot for holding flowers
*jars

 

Oh how excited you were when papa arrived home and you presented him with a freshly made jar of flower stew. 
"Eat it all up now, it's really yummy & red!"

I have a feeling we will be making enough flower stew to last us all winter!
